Established in 2015 located in Parramatta NSW, Service Master Solutions is operated by Industry Veterans, with decades of service in the industry and with experience in servicing the largest and most complex Cleaning Contracts in Australia.

Founder / Director

Founder and Director and with over 20 years of experience within the Industry Serwan has consistently delivered high levels of service by ensuring the best practice processes are implemented and additional value-added services identified and executed within his organisation. With a wealth of knowledge in various sectors, he plays a significant role in the company’s operations along with leading and supporting staff at all levels. Serwan personally and actively visits customers, and conducts site inspections to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
 

Farrah Rowell 
General Manager


Having joined Service Master Solutions in 2021, Farrah Rowell brings with her over 20 years experience within the Building and Construction Industry with being a part of her own Manufacturing business for the past 10. Farrah’s Strong Business Acumen and exceptional Operational Skills brings to the team extensive knowledge and experience in ensuring all aspects of the organisation are running at 100% which plays a pivotal role in the success of our organisation. Farrah is dedicated to providing a service which meets our clients needs.

Mick Nassra
Operations Manager

With Over 12 years experience within the Security Sector looking after a hub of busy and reputable centres i.e Galleries Victoria, The strand Arcade and QVB coupled with his 5 years experience in the Service Industry Mick looks after all things Operational at Service Master Solutions. His extensive experience within the Security Industry and Integrated Services brings to our team exceptional Knowledge and experience, Building strong Connections and Relationships with all our clients to ensure our services are met on time in full everytime.

Gloria Georges
Administrative Assistant

Working closely with our management and operations team, our staff and our suppliers Gloria provides support to all departments. She is also responsible for the management of our internal policies and procedures and works alongside our compliance team to ensure all our documentation is current and up to date.
